As a Nutrition Coach, I do not diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I will provide clarity on your outcomes, help you understand their significance, and guide you in identifying questions and habits that promote health changes. My expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Mental Toughness Specialist and Nutrition Coach allow me to design an exercise and recovery plan, along with a nutrition guidance plan, tailored to your unique needs.
90-Minute Consultation
This session offers a detailed review of your current circumstances, including lab tests (if shared for a Nutrition Coach’s perspective).
What to Expect
Prior to the consultation, you will complete a comprehensive information-gathering process. I will review your details to prepare for a productive session, where we will discuss questions and initial recommendations to co-create a personalized plan.
· Understanding Signs & Symptoms: We’ll interpret your body’s cues to identify priority areas.
· Step-by-Step Plan: Together, we’ll explore how the foods you eat impact you, what enjoyable choices to include, and how to make informed decisions.
· Formulated Plan: You will leave with detailed information on macronutrients and/or calorie counting to help maximize weight loss (or gain) that will finally help you stick to a program that works.
· Exercise Optimization: Your exercise routine and career engagement will be evaluated to determine if adjustments are needed, whether it’s intensity, frequency, or type so you achieve progress without overexertion. We’ll create a weekly schedule and outline the workouts that fit your needs.
· Stress & Sleep Assessment: We’ll analyze how these factors affect you, establish actionable routines, and work to improve their impact.

Weekly Accountability
Reach your goals even faster by adding weekly accountability checks to your nutrition guidance plan! You will have the choice of doing two 30-minute check-ins or one 1-hour check-in to discuss potential upcoming barriers for the week or weekend and to re-assess any dietary changes that may be needed. You will be provided with encouragement and reassurance while being able to ask additional questions you have regarding your plan and make any other adjustments as needed.
Monthly Accountability
Do you want the perks of having accountability but feel you can master it most of the time on your own? Then monthly check-ins will be what you need! You will receive one 1-hour monthly accountability call to go over your successes and struggles to keep you moving forward on your lifelong health journey.
